Thursday, February 11, 2010 § Sevan is currently in rehearsal for the lead role of Ahmed in The Wilma Theatre's world premier production of Language Rooms, opening March 10. § Sevan was recently accepted into The Public Theatre's 2010 Emerging Writers Group. Saturday, April 4, 2009 § Sevan will be reprising his role as Laithin Betrayed at Williams College April 16 & 17 with members of the original cast. § Sevan will be performing in Prospect Theatre Company's Mapquest at 59E59 April 25, 26, and 28. § Sevan will be making his writingperformance debut with the New York Arab-American Comedy Festival at Comix on May 10 & 11. § Sevan will also be reprising his role as Laith in Betrayed at the Gonda Theatre in Georgetown during the month of June. Monday, January 19, 2009 § Sevan recently reprised his role in a completely sold out performance of Betrayed at The Kennedy Center, hosted by Sara Jessica Parker and Matt Dillon. § Sevan completed a sold-out run of Bill Quigley's Now Boarding. § Sevan recently took part as the title lead in a private reading of the musical Caravan Man, written by Tommy Smith, with music and lyrics by Gabriel Kahane, and direction by Kip Fagan. § Sevan will reprise his role as Laith, along with original cast member Waleed Zuaiter as Adnan, in the LA Theatreworks production of Betrayed directed by Pippin Parker, also starring Eric Stoltz, Feb 18-22. Tuesday, November 25, 2008 § Sevan recently participated in the one-night reading of Stuart Gerber's 20 Liquid in the role of Rob, directed by Devanand Janki. § Sevan will be playing the disgruntled Angel Henry in The 52nd Street Project's LET ME PUT IT THIS WAY, The Straight Talk Plays at The Public Theatre December 5-7. Monday, August 25, 2008 § Perez Hilton Saves the Universe (or at least the Greater Los Angeles Area): The Musical! opened to rave reviews and has been invited to perform in the Fringe-Encore Series, as well as winning the Fringe Festival Award for Outstanding Musical. Sunday, August 3, 2008 § Sevan is currently rehearsing for the 2008 FringeNYC show Perez Hilton Saves the Universe (or at least the Greater Los Angeles Area), The Musical! which openes August 9th. Monday, May 5, 2008 § Betrayed has won the 2008 Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Play. The show has received its final extension and will close on June 28th. The 100th performance mark will be this Saturday.
